Velourlips Matte Lip Cream – Review

If you don’t already have this collection you are missing out! There are officially 20 different shades released although they can be difficult to purchase as I find 80% of the colour range is always sold out when I visit local stockists so you have to be quick!

Velourlips matte lip cream range has an intense full coverage application and the applicator is so well designed that you can utilise it to line your lips. No additional lipliner required! My absolute two Favourite colours are PA-REE & DOO-BAI. RIO-D is probably the only one I can’t see myself wearing all that often as I am not an orange fan, but hey maybe one of you are?!

These amazing lipsticks retail for approx $12 AUS depending on the stockist. PA-REE and DOO-BAI are always in my handbag as these are my absolute favourites for day to day makeup.

I do find that the Matte formula dries my lips out slightly so ensure you are always applying pawpaw ointment in-between uses and weekly lip scrubs!

When fully dried these lipsticks are non transferable and last amazingly well. **DO NOT make the mistake I once did and put gloss over the top, once you have you can kiss your colour goodbye in an instant, this is definitely a stand alone product if you want it to last longer than your first kiss or drink**

A bonus for those who are conscious of product testing Australis Matte Lip Creams are not tested on animals, vegan friendly and palm oil free!

Even better, if you purchase via their website shipping is currently free for orders over $50!

So go ahead, try them out and let me know what you think of them! ~ C
